An unprecedented cry for reform to the Canadian justice system came on the heels of the acquittal of Saskatchewan farmer Gerald Stanley in the shooting death of Cree man Colten Boushie. Politicians and activists have weighed in – and intense emotions on all sides have exploded. Now it seems many in our country have been led into a great divide. In the aftermath of the verdict – anger and tensions sewing distrust, and creating false beliefs.
